The Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), one of the most innovative institutions of the ‘90s, was founded in 1994 based on an agreement between the Government of Georgia and the National Academy of Public Administration of (NAPA), USA. GIPA’s mission is to educate and inspire a new generation of professionals through the creation, transfer and application of cutting-edge knowledge. 

GIPA’s Training and Consulting Center (TCC) is the first university-based, western-oriented training center in Georgia. It offers a diverse delivering regular, annual short term courses or implementing tailor-made programs. Center is proud of up to 8000+ alumni, team of 60+ trainers, a 92% employment and a 60% graduation rate.
